Training
- Training times for beginners is on Tuesdays 6.30-9 in the main sports hall of the PESS building (also called the Sports Building and National Coaching and Training Centre) Click here for map (number 19)
- Training for intermediates and above is at Thursdays 6-8.15 in the main sports hall of the PESS building. Beginners may remain if there is enough equipment, but the session will be advanced and will not be slowed down for complete beginners. This session is more competitive in nature
For any training sessions all you need is a pair of comfortable runners and tracksuit. Sword, mask, jacket, plastron and glove are provided free of charge for all members.
Please don’t come in shorts, with bare legs, or with clumsy footwear.
